Shipping Times
All shipping times are estimated and vary depending on the specific item ordered. Estimated shipping windows are listed in each product description. Please review these estimates before placing your order, as production and fulfillment timelines differ by product.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on an order-by-order basis. Once your order is confirmed, please allow time for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on current order volume and product availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items have separate estimated shipping timelines listed in the product description. These dates are approximate and subject to change due to production schedules, material availability, or unforeseen delays. Updates regarding any significant delays will be communicated via email.
Pre-order and in-stock items placed in the same order may be shipped separately. Your entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping rates and delivery estimates within the United States are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Eternia Studio.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International customers should be aware of the following:
- Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not collected by Eternia Studio.
- Delivery Times: International shipments may take longer due to customs processing and carrier timelines. Estimated delivery times do not include potential customs delays.
- Refused Shipments: If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Refunds will not be issued for refused international shipments.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, Eternia Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to:
- Track their shipment using the provided tracking information
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues
- File a claim with the carrier if a package is lost or damaged in transit
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us at owner@eternia.studio within 7 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Eternia Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. Any restrictions will be noted in the product description. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations, and a full refund will be issued in such cases.
